At your first meeting with our head office, we will provide you with the standard Homeowner Information Package provided by Tarion and a Customer Care Package. Each information package includes the new home warranty process and maintenance advice for your new home.

Warranty Details
- Your home is protected against major structural defects by TARION Warranty Corporation for a period of 7 years.
- Full one year service warranty provided by Aberdeen Homes, backed by TARION Warranty Corporation.
- Aberdeen Homes warrants drywall repairs (due to nail pops and drywall cracks caused by settling) at year end, however, priming and painting is the full responsibility of the homeowner.
- Homeowner will reimburse Aberdeen Homes for the Warranty fee on closing.
