Aberdeen Homes is proud to announce that we are the recipient of the Waterloo Region Home Builders' Associations Member of the Year Award.
This award is presented to a new home builder member who, during the past year, has made a significant contribution to the housing industry and the local association.
Rick Martins of Eastforest Homes nominated Aberdeen, and stated the reason as outstanding work on this year's Rotary Dream Home.
Marie Schroeder, Executive Officer of the WRHBA added "Nathan is a fourth generation WRHBA builder, he is the grandson of one of our founding father's, Lyle S. Hallman. Nathan is a very worthy recipient in that he embraces and utilizes leading edge technology - in both his building designs, forms and applications and he is proficient in conveying the latest information through Twitter, Facebook and Aberdeen Homes blog. Nathan sits on our Urbanization committee and this year Aberdeen Homes is the Builder of the Rotary Dream Home with 100% of the proceeds going to the Child Witness Centre."
