The Dream Home is almost complete! Really only a few touch ups are required and some exterior landscaping is all that’s left. I have personally found this experience quite exciting. Not very often do we get to build a house that has so many cool features in it but most importantly, the proceeds raised from this house go to such a deserving organization as the Child Witness Centre. I expect great things from this house. I know every visitor, some 25,000 over the next 3 months, will remember something about the house. I don’t remember seeing a Dream Home like this anywhere!
The next phase of the Dream Home starts the week of August 22nd which is
outfitting it with furniture and accessories from Home Hardware Home store in Kitchener, kitchen appliances from Elmira Stove Works, and gym equipment from World Gym. The Grand Opening is scheduled for Friday, September 9th.
